The Partnership for Social Innovation
The Partnership for Social Innovation (PSI) is a network consisting of organizations from social economy, the university and public sector in Örebro County. We strengthen the conditions for social innovation in Örebro County in order to deal with societal challenges and contribute to a sustainable development.
The Partnership for Social Innovation is a forum for dialogue and exchange of experience on societal challenges and social innovation. We offer project support and provide advice and support for the development of social innovation.
The partnership for social innovation has existed since 2015 and we bring together approximately 40 organizations.
The working committee at PSI is responsible for the ongoing planning and implementation of the activities.
What is a social innovation?
A social innovation is a new idea, new service or new model that addresses needs and challenges in society, such as integration, public health and sustainability issues. Social innovations are good for both individuals and society, as they can help solve such challenges.
Webinars on societal challenges
The webinars on societal challenges are a meeting place for the public sector, business, the university, social economy and civil society where we together focus on and identify current societal challenges based on our respective knowledge and perspectives.
The webinars on societal challenges are a basis for building networks, creating alliances, developing collaborative projects and taking advantage of ideas that are useful to citizens and society at large.
Previous webinars
In 2021 the Partnership for Social Innovation organises webinars on societal challenges on various topics in collaboration with organizations within the partnership.
